Labtech has two UK based centres of manufacturing excellence producing microwave PCB's, broadband microwave components, MMIC packaging solutions and a comprehensive microwave MIC assembly service including microwave design, alignment and test up to 40GHz.
Labtech has Quality and Environmental Accreditations including ISO9001: 2000 and ISO14001.
Market sectors successfully served by Labtech includes telecommunications, defence electronics, space and satellite communications. Labtech has a worldwide and North American sales representative network.
Labtech has more than 20 years experience and has been producing microwave PCB's for the global microwave market from it's extensively equipped modern purpose built factory.

With extensive technical know-how, Labtech's speciality is producing a wide range of broadband microwave components including DLVAs, amplifiers, PIN diode switches and TDM modules. Labtech also produces a range of active and passive components for multifunction subsystems.
All manufacture and test is undertaken in a class 10,000 clean room
with fully automated chip placement and wire bonding. Labtech can fully
test components to Mil-Std requirements.
Labtech has the ability to unify all of its in house capabilities into a competitive and focussed turnkey microwave MIC assembly service.
Labtech has capabilities to offer design support, thin film and PCB manufacture, RF machining and box build assembly. Labtech has considerable MIC production facilities including automated equipment for reliable microwave module manufacture.
Labtech has developed an innovative low cost custom packaging solution utilising Labtech's established microwave printed circuit board techniques and the use of low cost organic materials for single chip and MCM applications.
Labtech's low cost package solution continues to offer significant flexibility and can be used to cater for a wide range of MMIC designs, cavity dimensions and flexible footprint options. Labtech can also offer a package design and manufacturing service.
